care of every detail, hoping that, as the years go by, this authentic vital project will grow and become consolidated. Caíño blanco was always in our house. Now we have gotten it back in a unique wine , which has our daughter's name.

Pedralonga Barrica NV
DO Rías Baixas - Intense yellow with green flashes. It evokes ripe fruit and fennel. Minerality thanks to the batonnage lees, acidity that facilitates the passage through the mouth and makes it persistent. Not always wood and
fruit perfectly work well in a white, but when it happens, the oak strengthens the primary aromas of the grape with toasted nuances and spicy. This happens with this Albariño, where the cask blends the Albariño without concealing its personality.

DO Rías Baixas - Pale yellow with greenish flashes. In the nose it is fresh, with hints of acidity and minerality; with a long finish, with milky notes. Fresh, with good acidity and nuances of green, unctuous and miner al apple. Made with the grapes from our vineyards of 15 years and those chosen wine growers, who work in unison following common guidelines established by our winery. A wine with its own identity, which treasures the minerality and acidity of Pedralonga.
