VERUM CABERNET FRANC RESERVA
Stopping time in a glass of wine.
This is a wine that knows how to age, surprising in the nose, with touches of spices such as black pepper and clove. Also earthy and black fruit hints. There are subtle nuances of toasts and caramel. In the mouth prevails red fruits with smooth, noble tannin that accompanies the sip with persistent elegance, everything surrounded by a silky feeling.
Grape varieties: 95% Cabernet Franc 5% Malbec
DOC: Alto Valle de Río Negro
Drinking temp: 14 to 16 degrees C.
Best before: 10 years.
Pairing: pasta, white meat, select cheese and oily fish like salmon or cod.

We can see right away that this is a wine different from the rest, ruby red with orange reflections. It is impressive in the nose thanks to its intensity and frankness. We can highlight red berries and floral touches like violets and dry roses. Subtle spices. It is in the mouth when the wine is more surprising and pleasant. We have a round wine of smooth tannins, pure silk, velvet that persists in the aftertaste along the fruits and flowers. The remarkable acidity provides freshness and intensity.

Cherry red with purple trim. Black fruit and a slight touch of spices and flowers at the nose. A fleshy wine in the mouth, mature tannins that comes with good acidity and gives us freshness. A marked aftertaste of berries and slight mineral. A frank wine that shows the essence of malbec grapes in Argentina.

Bodegas Verum ULTERIOR 2017
VdlT Castilla - Cherry red with white trim, bright. On the nose it is intense, highlighting the floral character of violets, lavender and other aromatic herbs, typical of the Mediterranean scrubland. All of that with a background of black fruit and subtle cocoa. On the palate it is also intense, sweet, with smooth tannins that provides structure. Good persistence that brings back black fruits and violets with a touch of bitterness that adds character.

Bodegas Verum GRAN CUEVA NV
DO La Mancha - Elegant sparkling wine with a sweet nose . From lees ageing we get brioche and bread aromas but also some white fruits remain. In the mouth , the carbonic is well integrated , also a moderate acidity with a light bitter touch which gives a full personality .
Paring: Great for appetizers however it goes perfectly well with very high cuisine. Great with very old cheeses. Better served at 10º
