30 MONTHS OF AGEING IN NEW FRENCH OAK BARRELS.
SUBTLE AND ELEGANT NOSE WITH CITRIC FRUIT NOTES AND A DEEP MINERALITY. THE FINESSE, COMPLEXITY, VOLUME AND THE LENGTH IN THE MOUTH OF MARURE ARE INCOMPARABLE FOR A WINE PRODUCED FROM 100% GRENACHE.

ORIENTATED NORTH-SOUTH, SUSTAINABLE VITICULTURE, PLOWED BY MULE.
9 MONTH AGEING IN NEW FRENCH OAK BARREL OUT OF WHICH 4 ON THE LEES.
WE PERFORME STIRRING TWICE A WEEK.
PALE YELLOW COLOUR, ABSOLUTE LIMPIDITY. THE FINESSE , COMPLESITY , RICHNESS AND THE LENGTH IN THE MOUTH OF MARTIRES ARE INCOMPARABLE FOR A WINE PRODUCED FROM 100% VIURA. IT HAS OPENED UP NEW HORIZONS IN QUALITY, AGEING CAPACITY AND STYLE WHICH HAS BECOME MORE MINERAL AND MUCH MORE COMPLEX.

18 MONTH OF AGEING IN NEW FRENCH OAK ALLIER.
INTENSE RED WITH PURPLE NUNACES, POWERFUL. ON THE NOSE , AROMATIC HERBS AND BALSAMIC, BLACK FRUITS AND COMPOTE JOINED MINERAL NOTES. GREAT HARMONY IN MOUTH, SILKY TANNINS, SMOOTHS AND VOLUMINOUS, INTENSE AND LONG SOFT FINSIH. THIS WINE HAS A LONG AGEING POTENTIAL.
