We carefully follow and control the grapes at every stage of wine making.
The grape plants are pruned by hand. Our areas borders on famous areas such as Brunello or Quanti.

In addition, at each stage of fermentation we control the quality of the wine through laboratory tests that allow a professional evaluation of the wine quality.
The grapes are harvested by hand in small 12 kg boxes, which allows us to remove unripe / rotten grapes already at this stage, then the collected grapes are immediately sent to the cantina so that they do not have time to wither or spoil.
This leads to an increase in the quality of our wine.
Our two cantinas are equipped with the most modern equipment of the leading companies of the wine sector Defranceschi. The wine cellars BARRIQUE are equipped with new SAYRI barrels of French oak.
We use for the aging of wine barrels of the Italian companies Mastro Bottaio and Garbellotto, which have established themselves on the market. We also send wine for tasting to potential partners.
