Harahorn Gin

After more than a year of experimenting with Norwegian berries and other botanicals to find the perfect recipe, the first craft gin from "Det Norske Brenneri" was finally launched in 2105.

The magnificent Harahorn Gin is made with herbs and berries from land and sea. Among them juniper berries, blueberries, rhubarb, bladderwrack, angelica and oregano. To maintain full control over the quality of the small batch gin, only 400 liters are made at a time. The name Harahorn Gin comes from a mountain in Hemsedal, inspiration was the Norwegian mythical creature of the same name, a hare with antlers, which also adorns the bottle of Harahorn Gin and which no human has ever seen with his own eyes. The incomparable gin has a wonderfully clear color and smells incredibly pure on the nose with aromas of juniper and citrus. The palate is treated to fresh and pure flavors of juniper, fruit and spice. Harahorn Gin combines the taste of Norway with a splash of folklore.

Macaronesian White Gin

In the Atlantic region Macaronesian are the island groups of Cape Verde, Madeira, Azores and Canary Islands. Macaronesian White Gin is produced by the distillery Santa Cruz de Tenerife on the Canary Island of Tenerife. There are excellent conditions for the growth of the best natural botanicals such as juniper berries, cardamom, coriander, angelica root and many citrus fruits. These are responsible for the wonderful aromatization of this fine, elegant White Gin and let it go more in the direction of New Western Dry Gin in terms of taste through its floral and fruity nuances. Also the used high-purity water of the island plays a decisive role in this gin. The water is filtered drop by drop through the volcanic rock, which is characterized by high porosity and mineral content. The result is an incredibly pure, soft water that has a moisturizing effect on the palate. The nose is fresh and balanced with distinct notes of juniper, lightly accented with the fragrant aromas of the remaining botanicals. The palate is smooth and soft with some vanilla sweetness and light juniper notes, followed by floral and fruity tones. Its finish is long-lasting, accompanied by hints of cinnamon and orange. At 40% alc/vol, this delicious Macaronesian White Gin is bottled in a striking, modern white bottle made from 100% organic materials. Macaronesian Eternal Spring Gin

Premium gin from the Canary Islands, made from the best raw materials. The water used comes from volcanic tunnels on the island of Tenerife. The snow from Pico del Teide and fresh rainwater penetrate the volcanic rocks and are filtered through the mountain interior. Due to the high porosity of the volcanic rock, heavier minerals are filtered out and the water becomes incredibly pure and soft. We use this pure water for the production of our gin. In various laboratory comparisons with bottled water and our water, we found that the water from the volcanic rock wets the palate pleasantly soft. This exceptional water gives our gin the unique, natural taste of our island. At the Santa Cruz distillery, we process a high quality grain distillate made from barley and rice. The base of the Macaronesian Eternal Spring Gin is the wonderful Macaronesian White Gin. To highlight the special botanicals of the Eternal Spring Gin such as flower essences, citrus fruits and especially strawberries, the classic botanicals such as juniper and cardamom are slightly toned down - thus emphasizing its pleasant and intense aroma. In the mouth, the gin is remarkably soft and gradually reveals subtle flavors of all its delicious botanicals. The bottle used is 100% organic. It is made in Germany - nationwide exclusively for us. However, this unusual bottle was chosen not only for its image; it also provides the optimal conditions to preserve the gin, as it does not allow any external influences to affect the taste and smell and is particularly good at maintaining the ideal temperature of 20° C. It is closed with a synthetic cork designed to achieve the same effect as the bottle: maximum preservation without altering the product. With Macaronesian Eternal Spring Gin we present a lively, smooth, elegant and balanced gin. It goes perfectly with citrus drinks and tonic water, but can also be excellently combined with fruits such as orange, lemon or strawberry.

English Harbour Reserve 10 YO

The English Harbour Rum is produced by the company Antigua Distillery LTD on the island of Antigua in the Caribbean. The tradition of rum production on Antigua dates back to the early 19th century, when local farm owners used simple pot stills to produce relatively light and elegant rums for their own use. With the demise of private rum production in the early 20th century, rum merchants began creating their own blends and selling them under illustrious names such as Red Cock, House and Silver Leaf. Finally, in 1932, some of the most successful rum merchants joined forces to form the Antigua Distillery Company. After selling two different types of rum and an aged rum called "Caballero Rum" in the early days of the company, they acquired several sugar cane farms and a sugar mill in 1934 and began producing their own molasses and muscovado sugar. The molasses from the muscovado sugar was finally processed into rum starting in the 1950s. As was the case at the time, English Harbour Rum is distilled for 10 years from the best molasses. This is done at Antigua Distillers in a continuous distillation plant with five copper columns. After distillation, the English Harbour Rum is stored in used whiskey and bourbon barrels for more than ten years and bottled at 40% vol. after maturation. The smoky aromas from the oak barrels combine on the nose with aromas of citrus, dried fruit, vanilla and notes of burnt sugar. The palate is marked with notes of coconut, cinnamon, butterscotch, coffee, baked apple and floral nuances. In the long aftertaste, slightly smoky notes and spices such as cardamom can be heard. Journeyman Last Feather Rye Whiskey

This Rye actually defines a cultural heritage: Rye Whiskey was produced during the time of Prohibition and this tradition has survived until today. The first Rye Whiskey was produced in Chicago, after which they moved production to the Featherbone Building. During his apprenticeship, a Journeyman Distillery employee learned, among other things, how to store rye whiskey in barrels. For Journeyman Distillery, this training was invaluable; it allowed them to offer a wonderful old rye whiskey on opening day. Today, Journeyman distills their own rye in Three Oaks, Michigan using the old recipe they perfected back in Chicago. This 90-proof whiskey is made from a blend of rye and wheat and some barley to round out the flavor. The whiskey is aged in new white oak barrels to develop its final flavor profile.
