Champagne AOC - Sublimité MPC brings together the three flagship grape varieties of the Champagne vineyard. Their blending at the press allows us to extract the best juice of the year, by selecting the heart of the cuvée.
This tiny part has the finest aromas and the balance of excellence.
The SOLERA technic, a perpetual reserve containing the best wines of all years since 2013, gives Champagne different shades of aromas that reveals a perfect balance between young and evolved wines.
With finess and a remarkable balance, aromas of fruits such as citrus fruits and pineapple, this is a gourmet Champagne.

Champagne AOC - Cornalyne unveils a new side to Meunier by winemaking 50% of it in oak barrels.
The 300 litres barrels are toasted by Aquaflex (saturating the oak with water) to bring a subtle oaky note to this delicate fruity grape variety.
The wine is stirred regularly throughout the ageing process to awaken the oaky personality on the nose and in the mouth.
This Meunier combination is refreshing, delicate and complex. An original and gastronomic Blanc de Noirs for sophisticated palates!

Champagne AOC - This rosé is unique and made of 80% Meunier vinified into white wine, 10% Meunier vinified into red wine and 10% Chardonnay aged in oak barrels.
The traditional winemaking method and ageing on lees give the Champagne its smooth berry notes.

Champagne AOC - Brut Nature is made entirely of Meunier with a traditional winemaking method.
It spends an average of 2 years ageing on laths.
This cuvée was Champagne Dom Caudron’s first creation. It embodies Passy-Grigny terroir and the unique features of the Meunier grape variety.
Brut Nature has no sugar added. The role of the “dosage” in the sensory evolution of this wine is non-existent.
Here, we want to preserve the “liveliness” of the Pinot Meunier.
