Product category: Wines from Beaujolais/Lyonnais

Beaujolais, Bourgogne - VIGNOBLE CHARMET (certification HVE)

HISTORY
"The first CHARMET winemaker came to settle on the hillside of the Ronze in the 1650s."

APPROACH IN THE VINEYARD
"The quality aspect of our wines, in addition to the geology and the age of the vines, also results from the cultivation methods of our vineyard. All our reds are driven with the cut Charmet (cut developed by Pierre Charmet). This cut, very qualitative, now recognized by the INAO for the Crus of Beaujolais, controls the yields and makes it possible to obtain very high quality grapes. In the qualitative chain, after winter pruning, manual budding consists in selecting the best fruit buds for limiting yields and good aeration of the vines. The training of the vines goes hand in hand with a reasoned struggle to optimize interventions. Harvesting is 100% manual. "

WINE CHARACTERISTICS
"In Beaujolais production, which covers a range of astonishing qualities, the wine from the Vignoble CHARMET has secured a privileged place thanks to its finesse, its elegance, its length in the mouth, its very particular fruitiness and its subtle aromas."

CHAMPAGNE JACQUES ROBIN (certification HVE)

HISTORY :
« In 1973, it was in the heart of the Côte des Bar that Jacques Robin at 21 and Annie Robin at 18 planted their first vine. Now led by Aude, Séverine and Sébastien Robin, they continue driving the 22 plots scattered over 47 km to the extreme to assure you with one and the same voice: "words have meaning, the essence of mine is expressed in flavors… ”

APPROACH IN THE VINEYARD
"Because the grape is the product of the vine driven by the man who ensures its Quality. We have not used insecticide since 2003 to let the allied insects act, mechanical weeding takes place on 80% of our plot, we thin the leaves early on the rising sun so as not to use anti-botrytis. We only intervene after observations and manage each plot so as not to fall into a global systematic management. The manual harvest is transported in boxes of 42kg maximum and separated to vinify each of our vines with unique flavors separately. "

HISTORY
“Guintrandy is a recent winery but with a very busy HISTORY. Indeed vestiges of Gallo-Roman burials, of the first century, were discovered on the grounds of the domain. GUINTRANDY comes from GUNTRAN of Visigothic origin, the name of the place is found in the archives of the Cluny Abbey, owner of the place around the year 1000.
A 13th century papal marker, very well preserved, still indicates the limit of the domain and the current limit between Drôme and Vaucluse .... "

APPROACH IN THE VINEYARD
"All of our vineyards are grown organically, so that the wine produced reflects the terroir (clay-limestone). We only use organic fertilizers, in case of deficiencies found by analyzes. The phytosanitary treatments are only based on Sulfur and copper and always reasoned according to the risks due to the climate, the sensitivity of the plot and the grape varieties. ”

WINE CHARACTERISTICS

Chateauneuf du Pape, Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Rhône Villages - DOMAINE LA MEREUILLE (certification HVE)

HISTORY
"The wine estate of" La Méreuille "has existed for several generations and is today operated by Philippe Granger. Focused after the war on market gardening and the vine by Marcel Bouyer, the grandfather, the Estate moved completely towards the wine vines in 1970, on the choices of Michel Bouyer, the son, and his wife ... "

APPROACH IN THE VINEYARD
"Concerned about respecting the environment, Philippe and Aurélien Granger follow a philosophy of reasoned and reasonable agriculture. “ Côtes du Rhône: Ripe forest fruits, garrigue. Full-bodied, generous and woody notes »

Marsannay, Fixin, Vosne Romanée, Gevrey Chambertin - Domaine Kohut (certification HVE)

HISTORY
"The estate was created in 1999 from the family estate enriched with several plots that I was able to develop over the Vintages. Proud to work the land, I'm not afraid to present myself as a peasant who scratches the globe! My goal is to perpetuate this domain and later pass it on to my son who is currently studying in the world of wine. ”

APPROACH IN THE VINEYARD
"One of my great characteristics is to operate according to the principles of sustainable agriculture while preserving the Soil, the man and his environment. This translates into a milder method of cultivation, avoiding, as far as possible, the use of pesticides and other chemical fertilizers, in favor of products from organic farming. The harvest is done by hand. This philosophy continues during vinification and aging, without yeasting or extensive filtration ... "

WINE CHARACTERISTICS
"Marsannay Red: Astonishes with its freshness and fruitiness with its peculiarity of menthol ..."
"Marsannay white: From Chardonnay. It grows on marly lands. This gives oily and suave white wines. "
"Fixin: Structured and powerful. It’s only after a few years that it unleashes its full potential. "
"Marsannay Red" En Champs Perdrix ": The power of Fixin with the vigor of Marsannay"

Bergerac, Côtes de Bergerac LE CLOS DU BREIL (certification ORGANIC CONVERT)

HISTORY :
“Since 1850, six generations have contributed to the construction of the Clos du Breil estate. First in polyculture, the field has specialized over time in viticulture. Today the entire estate is focused on the production of quality wines. Since 2009 the estate has been restructured and offers a plot approach with different vintages. Innovation is at the heart of our work philosophy both in the vineyard (planting of atypical grape varieties) and in the winery (maturing in ovoid vats) "

APPROACH IN THE VINEYARD
"At Clos du Breil the work of the vineyard and the vinification are dictated by three principles: patience, humility and sharing. We practice prophylactic methods, and sharp observation (with the help of drone imagery) of each plot in order to intervene wisely with efficiency. The organic conversion estate has been weeding mechanically since 2009. "

WINE CHARACTERISTICS
“Our research into typified terroirs has brought to light a great wealth of quality. The most beautiful of them have a structure made of a stack of friable limestone rock, interspersed with layers of fractured flint. The roots of each vine plunge into the soil through the different strata. These Terroirs allow us to develop great wines that have acidity and freshness, two essential elements to evolve over time. "

Bordeaux, Côtes de Bordeaux, Cadillac -CHATEAU LA PEYRUCHE (certification ORGANIC CONVERT)

HISTORY
"Château La Peyruche takes its name from the limestone rocks on which its foundations are built:" La Peyre Ruche "or rough stone in Gascon. The La Peyruche site has known human occupation since prehistoric times, as evidenced by some vestiges found on site (tools, axes, etc.). If part of the buildings are older, a major renovation will be undertaken at the beginning of the 17th century. The castle was then owned by the Montesquieu family. Other families then succeeded to that of the current owner. "

APPROACH IN THE VINEYARD
"The woods, hedges and meadows bordering the vineyard are the refuge of an important biodiversity. The conversion to organic farming was therefore obvious.
Today we are implementing sustainable cultivation methods (work of the Soils, organic amendments to revitalize the life of the Soils, maintenance of the hedges to promote biodiversity) aimed at inscribing our vineyard and our wines in their natural environment.

WINE CHARACTERISTICS
“ reds: aromas of blackcurrant and blackberry enhanced by spicy notes. Soft tannins and a rounded finish. "
“Dry white: floral and white-fleshed fruit notes. A touch of vanilla and spicy notes enrich a complex aromatic bouquet. "
"The sweet white: The nose of our Cadillac is complex, we perceive notes of acacia, honey and honeysuckle. The mouth is smooth and persistent. "

Frédéric Boissonnet has taken over and relaunched the activity of his father and his grandfather. ".

APPROACH IN THE VINEYARD
“On the steep hillsides which overhang the Rhône Valley, we work nearly 12 hectares of vines, with the greatest respect for the terroir and the control of yields: weedings, suckering, leaf stripping, green harvesting. All this work allows us to harvest perfectly ripe and very good quality grapes. ”

Côtes du Rhône Villages Séguret – DOMAINE EYGUESTRE (certification HVE)

HISTORY
"The family farm was created by my great grandfather Louis BELLION in 1919. At the start, he practiced polyculture (cereals, pasture, olives, fruit trees, vines). After obtaining, in 1997, a Brevet de Technicien Agricole (BTA), and working for three years with my father, I in my turn took up the torch of exploitation in 2000 .. ".

APPROACH IN THE VINEYARD
"We are the only ones in the village of Séguret - one of the most beautiful villages in France - to have planted our vines so high in the Eyguestre valley. They are mainly located on hillsides and enjoy cool nights and good water conditions at this altitude. We respect our land and our terroir: weeding is natural and the use of herbicide is limited. . "

WINE CHARACTERISTICS
"The reds: fruity, tannic, everything in compromise and balance"
“Fut de Chêne: Spicy and candied cherry, a touch of Kirche. The palate evolves towards touches of liquorice and frank and generous spices. "

Cognac Grande Champagne 1er Cru - COGNAC PAINTURAUD (certification HVE)

HISTORY
“Founded in 1804, our property was rebuilt and operated at the end of the 19th century by our great-grandfather, Hippolyte Painturaud, after the great phylloxera crisis. It was then in 1934 that Guy Painturaud, our grandfather, decided to market his cognacs and Pineaux des Charentes under his own name, to distinguish himself from the big trading houses. Thus was born the Maison Painturaud Frères .. ”

APPROACH IN THE VINEYARD
“Producing wine is an amalgam for us. Very concerned about our environment, we have practiced a reasoned culture model for more than 20 years and obtained in 2017 the HVE (High Environmental Value) label of level 3, the highest level. ”

 COGNAC CHARACTERISTICS
"We have our own still for the production of our brandies. On the estate are also our aging cellars where the brandy, once out of the still, will be raised for long years (from 5 years to 80 years and over). Once this breeding is finished, we carry out blends (alloy of different cognacs) in order to obtain a precise quality, a harmony.
We are also producers of Pineau des Charentes, a subtle blend of young cognac and freshly pressed grape must. This mutation is then aged in oak barrels 5 to over 50 years in our centenary cellars. ”

 HISTORY
“Winegrowers from father to son since 1956, we perpetuate the family tradition, in Charentay, at the foot of the hill of Brouilly. Domaine Bertrand now covers more than 15 ha from Charentay, in the heart of Beaujolais, to Juliénas, in the north of the region. "

APPROACH IN THE VINEYARD
“Since 2017, our vineyard has been converting to organic farming. The control of the yields, the work of the Soils by light and shallow plowing, a rigorous monitoring (counting - controls - observations), allows us to limit the treatments and to intervene if necessary while respecting the environment and the terroir. .
The objective is to offer wines with fewer inputs and which perfectly reflect our terroirs and our environment. The majority of our vines are grassed in order to improve the structure and the bearing capacity of the Soil, to protect the Soil from climatic aggressions and to facilitate the development of biological activity. About us

Company portrait

Who we are ?
The association Patrimoine des terroirs was founded in 2006 by Ms Céline Malfait and specializes in French wines & champagne whith the wish to keep the direct relation between the winegrower and its professional's customers and to offer a maximum of services such as the possibility to have one point of collection in mixed pallet(s).

Since the creation of Patrimoine des Terroirs, Céline, Alain and the team of winegrowers have aspired towards the same goal:
·         to do our very best for clients and partners,
·         to offer quality products at reasonable prices, directly from producers
·         to offer the maximum of services for long term business partnership.

What we are not
·         We are not negociants
·         We are not a « cave coopérative.”
·         We are not a agency
·         We are not a broker
·         We are not wholesalers

The  philosophy
We garantee an ethic of quality, authenticity, respect of terroirs since several years now and we are very proud to continue to offer you the widest and best diversity, a maximum of services in order to promote together real and independant producers.

Always demanding in terms of the quality of wine, from vine to bottle, all the independent winegrowers of our group guarantee the traceability of their own production and are personally involved in the marketing aspect. They, above all, offer a wide choice of authentic wine with a strong identity.

The one point of consolidation
Patrimoine des Terroirs answer to the need to have the possibilities to place mixed order(s), with a single point of consolidation, with a single custom paper (EMCS/EAD). You have the benefits of a simple, rationalised logistic: Possibility to collect pallet(s) with wines from different winegrowers and areas from our consortium, in the same point of consolidation [ you optimize your logistic fees !)

O You can buy smaller quantities per estate & per wine
o  You reduce your storage costs and maximize the rotation of wines
o You can consolidate a container or a truck with our wines
o You can optimize your logistics costs with a single delivery
o  You reduce the impact on your cash flow
o You can offer to your customers a wider range and you give a differenciation from your competitors
o You save time with a single delivery
o  You save money with a single Custom paper
