We want to ensure that our fans can enjoy our gins with a good conscious. We care very much about our environmental foodprint. Therefore we only source organic ingredients for our gins. Reneable energy is used for our production and the remaining emissions are compensated.
We want to know, how and by whom all ingredients for our gins are cultivated. Wherever possible, we source from regional producers. The sea wormwood for our Urban Garden Gin grows on our own rooftop garden, the asparagus for our Asparagus Gin, the aples for our Baked Apple Gin and the sea buckthorn for our Sundown gin are all cultivated in Brandenburg, close to Berlin. This is more sustainable and it allows us to support regional producers.
For our gins we only use destilate, which we produced ourselves. We use no destilate from other procuers, no natural or artifical flavours, no colouring and no sugar. On our very small 40 liter still we distill fresh and natural ingredients with premium neutral alcohol to very tasty destilates. Every gin is bottled and labeled by hand und numbered seperately.
We are the opposite of a "black box" - you can look over our shoulder while we are distilling. Every week, we organise distillery tours and distilling courses for end consumers or show our distillery to retailers, customers, bloggers and journalists. For us, craft always means openness - therefore we look forward to your next visit.
