Our products

Domaine du Colombier, Jean-Yves Bretaudeau - Muscadet Sèvre & Maine, IGP Val de Loire

Our 35 hectares estate is based near French Atlantic coast, in Nantes area.  For 4 generations, we have been producing traditional Muscadet Sevre et Maine sur Lie and a wide range of IGP Val de Loire.
The combination of different soils and large grape variety range (Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, Grolleau Gris etc…) give us the opportunity to make expressive fine wines.
Some of our Muscadet have a great aging capacity like our Mouzillon-Tillières or our Vallet, matured seveal years on the lies.

Our winery has been certified High Environmental Value (HVE) since 2015. This certification is a voluntary approach which aims to identify and promote particularly environmentally-friendly practices applied by farmers. HVE covers four key areas: biodiversity conservation, plant protection strategy, management of fertiliser use and management of water

Raphaël Midoir - Touraine Sauvignon, Oisly, Crémant de Loire, Pouilly Fumé, Sancerre...

In his family estate settled in Center Loire, on 27 hectares vineyard, Raphaël represents the fifth generation of winemakers.

The vineyard is mainly planted on clay-with-flints soils, the vines are grown according to reasoned methods, and are certified HVE. Sauvignon Blanc is the main variety, gently vinified to produce both mains wines of the estate : the fruity and gourmand Touraine Sauvignon, and the great Touraine Oisly. Raphaël also produces white and rosé Crémants de Loire, but also red wines such as Touraine Gamay "Jean" and Touraine Malbec "L'Ôriginal M", vinifed without any sulfite.

In order to complete his wine range, Raphaël also selects a few wines from other Loire Valley appellations, such as Sancerre, Pouilly Fumé or Menetou Salon.

Domaine de Chevilly, Famille Lestourgie - AOP Quincy

Our family estate was started in 1994 with 1.5ha. Since then we have regularly planted Sauvignon Blanc, the only grape variety of Quincy appellation. We presently grow vines on 13 hectares. Our terroir is mainly sandy with a few patches of clay ; this is ideal for Sauvignon Blanc, which thrives on soil that can warm rapidly and thus bring about early ripening.
Our environmentally conscious commitment was rewarded by a High Environmental Value (HVE) certification that we received in 2019, which meets the needs of farms engaged in approaches that are highly respectful of biodiversity.

We produce a traditional Quincy with lots of freshness and fruity aromas, but also a more complex cuvee with a good aging capacity.

Domaine Cordaillat, Pascal Dethune - AOP Reuilly

Created more than 20 years ago, the domain has been reinforced with Pascal Dethune’s vineyards in 2017. Passionate by Reuilly wines, he was already a wine grower on one of the oldest parts of Reuilly vineyards.

The 14 ha vineyards are spread over four of the five villages in the Reuilly area. Grape is grown on soils with medium slopes, of sandyclay-gravelly types at the top of slopes, or clay-limestone along the slopes.
Each terroir is conducted with reasoned methods, with no insecticides, with grass or tillage when appropriate. We always explore new methods and invest periodically.
The Domaine produces Sauvignon (55 %), Pinot Noir (25%) and Pinot Gris (20%).

Our range offers three categories of wines, with “Tradition” Reuilly, “Les Sables” (from a soil selection) and “Dagobert”. The last one is matured in oak barrels, for a more complex and fine cuisine wine. With this 7 wines approach, we can address a wide variety of markets and customer needs.

Domaine de la Commanderie, Clothilde et Philippe Pain - AOP Chinon

In Pain Family, know how is transmitted from father to daughter. This is how Philippe and Clothilde run Domaine de la Commanderie. The winery is settled in the heart of Loire Valley, in Chinon appellation.

A small quantity of Cabernet Sauvignon, and a plot of Chenin complete the vineyard, with a total surface of about 50 ha. Soil labour and vine culture are proceeded with respect to surrounding wildlife and flora. Vineyard has been in conversion to organic since January 2020.

Philippe and Clothilde produce a delicious range of red Chinon offering various styles : fruity and gourmand, rich and velvety, spicy and non typical,… Cabernet Franc open up !

#ONO

Honorine Pain is the young sister of Clothilde, winemaker at Domaine de la Commanderie in Chinon. In 2018, Honorine decided to developp her own wine range as Vin de France, under her nickname #ONO. She vinifies grapes with an innovative approach, bringing new tasty experience to wine lovers, through a large creative freedom. Like an artist, Honorine designs cuvees as a blend of simplicity and authenticity.

Three original cuvees are offered : a fresh and crispy Sauvignon, a gourmet blend of Chenin-Chardonnay, and a velvet Cabernet Franc.

Champagne Paul Hazard

After generations of cereal farmers and breeders in Hazard family, Philippe and Frédéric's parents planted first vines in 1973, in family's land located in Champagne Appellation.

Philippe and Frédéric started marketing their own bottles only in 2008, under the name of their grand-father Paul Hazard.

Vineyard is now settled on 7 ha, mainly in Châtillon sur Marne village, on south hill of Marne Valley. It is planted with Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, as required by appellation. A regular labour in vines, hand harvest, separate wine making for each varietal before blending, maturation during 3 years after bottle fermentation…

Six cuvées "Paul Hazard" were born in the winery, including 1 rosé Champagne and one Extra-Dry, all of them being full of freshness and finesse.
