Sparkling Sake & Sake Liqueur
Sake made from rice and water has different facets: Gently tingling sparkling sake from bottle fermentation is increasingly served as an aperitif or with light dishes. Sake liqueurs with Japanese flavors such as yuzu, ume plum or matcha have a wide range of uses - on the rock, spritz with sparkling wine or as a cocktail base.

Natural red wine from organic cultivation made from the authochthone muscat bailey a grape. Scents from apple purée and aromas of cassis are characteristic for this wine. Also some aromas of dried plum, cassis, licorice and blueberry can be noticed. On the palate you can taste the natural fruit and slight bitterness with hints of mocha and cocoa from the barrel.
