Loncomilla Valley - Patricio Tapia - DESCORCHADOS: From the El Peñasco vineyard, planted in 1975 in the Loncomilla area. Here there is 60% Carménère, which is felt in the herbal flavors, but especially in those red fruits that are so difficult to find on the vine. This is nervous, with excellent acidity, a perfect structure of
tannins. There have been wine here for five years, but today it would be nice to open it with sausages.

Cauquenes - Patricio Tapia, Director DESCORCHADOS: You need more Garnacha like this one, with this level of freshness, with this load of tart red fruits, with this crunchy character, and these firm and charmingly rustic tannins. A delicious wine, a style that we at Descorchados never tire of recommending. This one comes from vineyards in the Cauquenes zone in the heart of the Maule Valley, and, although it's a 2018 and was aged in barrels for 18 months, it seems to have been made yesterday, coming out of the fermentation tanks.

Maule Valley - A typical cuvée from Maule, the oldest Chilean valley. It's a unique wine celebrating the 130th anniversary of the CREMASCHI FURLOTTI winemaking family.
Our Anniversary Limited Edition presents a deep ruby red color with violet tones. On the nose, it has an aroma of cassis and cherries, followed by notes of black pepper and bitter. chocolate. The palate is complex, with soft tannins, an excellent balance, and freshness, with delicate flavors of black tea and black fruits that end in a long and balanced mouth finish.
