Could it get any crazier? Yes! The family business "Heidelberg Spirits" has developed Schrödinger's Katzen Gin with a lot of passion and sensory intuition. A London Dry Gin, 44%, distilled in pot still, with classic ingredients like juniper and coriander, cardamom, an intense note of lemon thyme, basil and hand-picked blueberries. Production & Manufacture
The botanicals used in Schrödinger's Katzen Gin are all taken from organic cultivation. Since the style is a classic London Dry Gin, strict rules apply during production. All botanicals must be used in the distillation process. No aromatization may take place before or after this process.

The Schrödinger's Katzen Gin is distilled in a small, picturesquely located manufactory on Gut Schwechow, between Hamburg and Berlin in the so-called pot still process in a copper pot. Each bottle of Schrödinger's Katzen Gin is 100% handcrafted! Each bottle is filled individually, labeled by hand and labeled by daughter Janina Riether with batchnumber, bottle number and filling date.

The unique taste of Anna Famosa - Its aroma is characterized by a hint of fruity peach, paired with the light scent of damask roses and a fine, distinctive Italian aperitif taste. The components are harmoniously balanced and persistent on the palate. The floral elements provide lightness and are rounded out by stimulating, subtle Italian bitter notes. Besides the "Famosa Spritz" with sparkling wine or champagne, the Anna Famosa Aperitif is very tasty with Tonic Water or Wild Berry, two cocktails with little alcohol, very trendy as a "low-ABV cocktail". Famosa Sprizz
1 part Anna Famosa, 3-5 parts sparkling wine Prosecco or Champagne, ice cubes. Stir and garnish with 2 orange slices in the sprizz glass.

Famosa Tonic
1 part Anna Famosa, 3-5 parts tonic water, ice cubes. Stir and garnish with a lemon slice in a highball glass.

Famosa Berry
1 part Anna Famosa, 3-5 parts Russian Wild Berry, ice cubes. Stir and garnish with a slice of lime in a sprizz glass.

Pussanga - the liqueur is as mysterious as its name. The magical recipe is based on pure pomegranate, ginger and chili peppers, cardamom, precious Bourbon vanilla and the exotic Pussanga plants from South America. It conjures up a touch of the South American rainforests in our summery latitudes.

Incomparable taste and fragrance - The spirit Pussanga is made from very high quality plants, herbs and spices of this world in complete manual labor. Among them in large quantities the very expensive Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar and cardamom from Guatemala. In addition, among others, chili peppers and ginger roots, pure pomegranate and the new botanicals, the pussanga plants from Peru and Mexico. All this together gives an incomparable taste and aroma.

The origin - The origins of Pussanga go back a long way. In the late 1980s, founder and natural scientist Petra Spamer Riether discovered the exotic pussanga plants during a six-month scientific expedition in Peru. Some are also used there as perfumes. Pussanga is the Indian name and translates as aphrodisiac plant. Pussanga, on the market since late 2013, is an award-winning spirit with many international awards.

Maceration instead of distillation - Unlike a gin, for example, in which only a few herbs are distilled, large quantities of plants are macerated by hand in stages for 14 days in the case of Pussanga. Then the complex filtration to bottling and labeling, all by hand.

The success - International awards such as the Gold Medal at the World Spirits Awards 2016 and Silver Outstanding at the IWSC in London 2016. Back in 2015, Pussanga was named one of the 100 most innovative spirits in the world by "Cocktail Spirits" in Paris. In 2017, Pussanga then became "Liqueur of the year" at the BISC (Berlin International Spirits Competition). In addition, the spirit was awarded a silver medal in New York at the NYISC 2017 and gold again at the World Spirits Awards. At the end of 2019, Pussanga even won Double Gold at the Chine Wine and Spirits Awards (CWSA).
