About us

Company details

About 380 mt above the sea level, in the rocky west country of Gioia del Colle, we planted 4.4 hectars of espalier spurred cordon vineyards for a total of 30.000 plants with a 2x0,7 mt planting pattern and an average production of 50 q.li/ha per year.
Not so far, our bush trained vineyard, less than an hectare, but extremely precious.
The manual harvest is based upon a slow and careful selection of the grapes from each plant, following the traditional uses and methods of grape harvest. Our wine products are the result of a balanced fusion between tecnology and tradition: we use up-to-date facilities naturally fused with the firm respect of ancient memories and traditions of wine production so as to ensure our wine its strong and firm aspect strictly binds it to our land.
