Locality: Urtaran, 21 Lezama-Amurrio (Álava)
Varieties: 95% Hondarribi Zuri, 5% Riesling

summer. The 2018 vintage was marked by abundant rainfall
until the end of June and thanks to the dry summer, it
allowed good ripening.

minimum intervention and reasoned. The plots are located
at 340 and 400 metres above sea level, in Lezama, in the
Ayala Valley, with a clayey-calcareous and clayey soil with
sandstone.

second half of October.
Elaboration: Low performance vertical pressing (60% max.).
Spontaneous fermentation with autochthonous yeasts in

separately with six months of permanence on lees.

with notes of ripe apple, nuts and hay.
