ALVARINHO 1944
White Wine made exclusively from ALVARINHO GRAPES. Citrus colour and some straw tones. Intense nose with predominant notes of tropica fruit, minerality, light sweete floral, typical of the grape variety. Very fruity, fresh in mouth, good complexity and structure resulting from yeast autolisys during 6 months post fermentative battonage in stainless steel vats.

Casalinho wines was founded in 1944 and is one of the oldest wine production companies in the Vinhos Verde region. Over the years we have modernized and are currently producing and exporting our wines to the whole world. We produce white and rosé wines from the Vinho Verde region (light and crispy) as well as Douro red wines and a new Sparkling wine.
