gastronomy:It goes very well with roasts, sausage and cheeses.

stage:The wine is then filtered and enters the market within less than a year.

tasting notes:This wine presents a crystal clear garnet colour, with a nose full of red fruit, mellow and full-bodied, with soft tannins that gives it a lingering finish.

ideal consumption:It can be drunk now or stored for 2 years after bottling, as long as the storage conditions are suitable. Recommended serving temperature: 16º to 18ºC (60.8º to 64.4ºF).

gastronomy:This Wine is a fine accompaniment to gaspacho, grilled or stewed fish, seafood and sushi. 

stage:Grapes are unloaded a tour cellar and immediately destemmed, crushed and cooled. They settle for eight hours in order to extract greater aroma from the skins. After this period, they are pessed, with the must drawn off and clarified thourgh decanting. The must’s temperature is then kept at 15ºC (59ºF) during fermentation.

tasting notes:Wine with crystal clear citrine colour, fruity aroma, fine and elegante. It is mellow, fresh, smooth and complex on the palate. The finishis is extremely harmonious, showing the grapes from which it is made.

ideal consumption:It can be drunk now or stored for 2 years after bottling, as long as the storage conditions are suitable. Recommended serving temperature: 10º to 12ºC (50º to 53.6ºF).

gastronomy:A fine accompaniment to baked fish or fish stew, especially cod dishes.

stage:After fermentation, the wine goes through “batonnage” for a few weeks and aged until the end of winter. The wine from the barrels is then blended with the part aged in inox tank and bottled at the beginning of spring.

tasting notes:This wine presents a distinct citrine colour, aroma of tropical fruit and hints of citrus and vanilla. Good volume on the palate and excellent freshness.

ideal consumption:It can de drunk now or stored for 2 to 3 years aflter bottling, as long as the storage conditions are suitable. Recommended serving temperature: 10º to 12ºC (50º to 53.6ºF).

stage:The wine aged in barrels of french and american oak for 12 months.

tasting notes:Dense and deep wine with notes of black fruit, spice and graphite. Long finish evolving during the taste

ideal consumption:The bottles should be laid down with the wine in contact with the cork in a cold place (about 12oC) and with some humidity (75% relative humidity). These conditions are expected to remain constant throughout the year. This wine can be drunk immediately or, if you prefer, you can let it age for 5-8 years. It should be drunk at 16o C.

stage:This wine ages from twelve to eighteen months in new and used barrels of Portuguese and French oak. After ageing, the wine is bottled and laid down for at least a year, only then it is released to the market.

tasting notes:This wine presents a ruby colour, with a complex aroma of spices, raisins, roasted coconut and vanilla; it’s full- bodied, with mild tannins and a very long finish.

ideal consumption:It can be drunk now or stored for 5 to 8 years after bottling, as long as the storage conditions are suitable. Recommended serving temperature: 18ºC (64.4ºF)..

stage:The wine aged in portuguese oak barrels for 18 months before being bottled. After this period, it should be 6 months in the bottle before the beginning of its commercialization.

tasting notes:With ruby color, an aroma of berries, jam nuts and mouth it is balanced and with great persistence.

ideal consumption:This wine can be drunk immediately or aged for many years, foreseeing it a great longevity. It should be drunk at a temperature of 15°.
