Unfilered and unfining wine.

Alcohol: 13,6%. | Acidity: 5,40 gr/lit. | Residual sugar: 2,0 gr/lit.
Serving temperature
15ºc.
Tasting
Wine that reflects the character of the traditional garnacha of navarra.
Nose red berries, blackberry and balsamic they appreciated.
The mouth is silky, fresh and friendly, turning to appreciate the nuances of the nose.
In short, a cheerful, lively wine, easy to drink but with personality.

Agein for 8 months in french and american oak barrels and three more months in 5000 liters wood vats..

Alcohol: 13,8%. | Acidity: 5,60 gr/lit. | Residual sugar: 2,2 gr/lit.
Serving temperature
17ºc.
Tasting
A fabulous nose of spring flowers, blue, red and blackfruits and wet rocks/gravel is followed by an elegant,
mediun to full-bodied, fruit-laden, personality-filed wine.

Hight slope. 520 m altitude.
Winemaking
The two grapes were picked up the same day.
Alcoholic fermentation was happened together at 12ºc.
Ageing
Unoaked. Two months in steel vat with the finest yeast.
Analysis
Alcohol: 13,4%. | Acidity: 6,40 gr/lit. | Residual sugar: 2,0 gr/lit.
Serving temperature
7-10ºc.
Tasting
Bright yellow-gold.
Pungent aromas of yellow plum, honey and dried flowers.
Fleshy, gently sweet pit fruit and melon flavors show good depth but a bit of warmth on the back half.
Finishes smooth and broad, the peach note echoing

Separately for each variety. Fermentation temperature of 28.5 ºc (83.3 ºf). 13 days of maceration. Without
stabilizing and clarify by cold.
Ageing
12 months in 1, 2 and 3 years old oak barels of 225 litres.
70% french oak. 20% american oak. 10% caucasian oak.
Analysis
Alcohol: 13,8%. | Acidity: 5,40 gr/lit. | Residual sugar: 1,20 gr/lit.
Serving temperature
18 ºc (64 ºf).
Tasting
High layer, dark scarlet.
The bouquet is complex, showing balsamic, spiced and red fruits.
Elegant bouquet, with mineral notes, new leather and spices.

Finca de los Yesos (Cardiel Place), surrounding our wine cellar in Los Arcos. 2,5 acres. Selection of the area
cardiel plot where the soil is very rich in calcium sulfate, is poorer and the production per plant is very small,
being highly concentrated grapes.
490 meters of altitude. | Rain fall average of 500 liters | Not irrigated vineyard.
Average production of 3.900 kg/ha.
Winemaking
Fermentation temperature of 29.5 ºc (83.3 ºf). 15 days of maceration.
Without stabilizing and clarify by cold.
Ageing
12 months in new french allier oak barels of 225 litres.
Analysis
Alcohol: 14,1%. | Acidity: 5,50 gr/lit. | Residual sugar: 1,10 gr/lit.
Serving temperature
18 ºc (64 ºf).
Tasting
High layer, intense cherry color with cardenals trims. Intense bouquet, fresh, dominance with violets, berries
and menthol.
The taste is very sweet, velvety and fresh. Final high persistence.

About us

Company details

We are a small family winery, headed by the enologist marriage Maria Saenz de Olazabal and José Manuel Echeverría.

After working for several years in different wineries and wine projects in different appellations of origin, we decided to develop our own wine, driven by the passion and concern that characterizes us as lovers of viticulture.

In the year 2000, our first harvest became a reality, in the facilities of Los Arcos, designed and built directly by us, with the illusion of completing the cycle of the long viticultural tradition of our families.
