TRI MORAVE RED

TRI MORAVE RED
Made from: Prokupac 100%
Dry bariqed wine with 13.5 % of alcohol
Harvest 2018.
Prokupac is the most important indigenous grape variety of Serbia. It is our goal to present Prokupac in the way it is, a delicate and unique grape variety. This is one young wine, ruby red colour with hints of violet in it's core. On the nose we have parade of red and black fruits with leather, cedar and sage in the background. Originally aged for a nine months in Serbian barrique barrels. This wine completely reflects Serbian terroir. Do not be fooled by the light color of this red wine - it has pronounced structure with plums, blackberry and raspberry flavors enhanced with herbal bitterness which refresh your palate on the finish.

ERGO WHITE

ERGO WHITE
Made from: Chardonnay 70% and Morava 30%
Dry bariqed wine with 13.5% of alcohol
Harvest 2017.

The best white wine in Balkans by Balkans International Wine Competition, reward that we got for vintage 2016. This Chardonnay made it with little part of Morava grape which was aged exclusively in Serbian barrique barrels which gave it’s personal stamp.  Golden in color moving around slowly in the glass and obvious numerous tears/legs on the glass rims. Seductive notes with detectable malolactic fermentation aromas which rounds this wine. Fruit aromas are comprised of apple, pear and quince, with hint of tropical note, most certainly comings from Morava grape. Milky structure, Ergo white really coats your palate with thin layer of butter, quince and honey which grows into pleasant finish with pronounced length.

ERGO RED

ERGO RED
Made from: Merlot 40%, Cabernet Sauvignon 30% and Prokupac 30%
Dry bariqed wine with 14.5% of alcohol
Harvest 2017.
Bordeaux blend spiced up with fifth of Prokupac is our red Ergo. We are taking extra care for this wine and we want to give it time to develop and that's why it is in our cellar for 15 months. It is done in a modern style and it could be easily mistaken with a wine coming from Bordeaux. Closed ruby color it has youthful appearance. Primary aromas of blackberry, blueberry in almost jammy condition with cloves cinnamon and nutmeg, probably coming from the oak elevage.  Palate is being dominated by black fruit, violet and mint with pronounced level of tannins which will become silkier and softer in the years to come. This is truly Grand Vin and we honestly believe in it's long ageing potential.
