Domaine de l'Amaurigue ROSE AMOUR DE L'AMAURIGUE 2019

Provence - We grow our vines with respect for our environment, cultivating a sustainable agriculture. 2018 season in Provence was, once again, untypical : very humid spring with much more rain than usual, and a very dry and hot september period that looked like a month of July. We ended up with a very clean and healthy harvest. The grapes that came in were gorgeously ripe. Volume was good, not great, but the quality is superb.

Domaine de l'Amaurigue ROSE DOMAINE DE L'AMAURIGUE 2019

Côtes de Provence AOC - Wine Making Grapes are harvested by night at optimum cool temperature and maturity. Direct low-pressure press process is used to produce clear and fruity Rosé. This Rosé is fermented at low and controlled temperature in order to favour the production of ester flavour by the selected yeast. Tasting Notes Beautiful pale pink in color, the nose has floral undertones and some tropical notes of passion fruit. A crisp and clean freshness on the palate is highlighted by the integrated acidy and good balance. Flavors of ripe strawberries, pears and touch of watermelon.... leaving you thirsty for more

Domaine de l'Amaurigue ROUGE DOMAINE DE L'AMAURIGUE 2018

Côtes de Provence AOC - Winemaking : This wine is coming from a fine selection of our best syrah and cabernet-sauvignon grapes. After 4 weeks of “soft” maceration in concrete tank under regulated temperature, the winemaker decides to stop the maceration when the perfect balance between fruits and structure is reached. Then the wine was aged 10 months in French oak barrels. Tasting Notes : Pleasantly rich yet smooth. Syrah signature is clear with aromas of white pepper and herb notes as well as licorice one. On the palate, a wonderful structure, balancing blackberry and plum, with a slightly spicy finish.

Domaine de l'Amaurigue BLANC DOMAINE DE L'AMAURIGUE 2018

Côtes de Provence AOC - Winemaking : This white is coming from a selection of rolles and ugni- blanc harvested by night at cool temperature. First, short skin maceration in the press tank to have better extraction of the varietal flavours of the grapes. Fermentation in temperature controlled tanks with selected yeasts. Tasting notes: A pale lemon color with flashes of green. The nose is subtle, with hints of white flowers, an attractive garrigue note and fresh almond. A mineral and elegant palate finished with notes of citrus and white-fleshed fruits. The result is a balanced, fresh and aromatic white wine.
