Sanrosè Zero 2018 Metodo Ancestrale - ROSATO DELL' EMILIA PGI

Lively bubbles from Sangiovese grapes grown at  500 meters high.
No sugar added, no yeasts added, no filtration.
Fizzy ancestral method, but  disgorged à la volèe after 12 months of lees ageing, no dosage.
Grapefruit, raspberry, lingering saltiness for a very refreshing finish.
Total SO2 content: 28 mg/l

Falconero Zero 2018 Metodo Ancestrale - LAMBRUSCO DELL' EMILIA PGI

"Old style" lambrusco with delicate mousse, no residual sugar and long ageing  potential.
Lambrusco Grasparossa with a tiny amount  of  Malbo Gentile grape is the ancient  recipy, spontaneous secondary fermentation into the bottle without  any sugar or any  yeast  added and no filtration. The wine is then disgorged à la volèe after 15 months of lees ageing ; no dosage after disgorging.
Blackberry and red cherry aromas, minty notes, mineral texture.

Falcorubens col fondo 2017 Metodo Ancestrale - LAMBRUSCO DELL' EMILIA PGI

Unexpected lambrusco with very delicate mousse,  no residual sugar,  but  with natural sediment  kept  into the bottle ( COL FONDO ) to add complexity.
Lambrusco Grasparossa 100%  with a very  short  skin contact, spontaneous secondary fermentation into the bottle without  any sugar or any  yeast  added and no filtration. 
Earthy and floral aroma profile with a slightly bitter finish.
Total SO2 content: 26 mg/l

Terrebianche col fondo 2018 Metodo Ancestrale - BIANCO DELL'EMILIA PGI

The essence of  Ancestral Method:  very delicate mousse, no residual sugar,  natural sediment  kept  into the bottle ( COL FONDO ) to have a richer mouthfeel and a more complex aroma profile.

Malbone 2016 - MALBO GENTILE DELL' EMILIA PGI

"BBQ" still red full of character on the nose, spicy and refreshing on the palate: this is Malbo Gentile grape, an almost disappeared ancient native variety of our region.
2 years of bottle maturation after a traditional red winemaking in stainless steel tank, gives blueberry and bramble aromas along with black pepper flavours and smooth tannins.

Terraquilia is a 60.000 bottles producing winery, located in the Apennines mountains between Modena and Bologna( Emilia-Romagna region ).
The vineyards are as high as 500 meters above the sea level,  that means aromas intensity and lively acidity.
We are focused on fizzy and sparkling wines both produced owing to the ANCESTRAL METHOD: no sugar added, no yeasts added, no filtration
Some wines keep the sediment into the bottle (col fondo ), others are disgorged after 15/18 months of lees ageing.
In any case all our wines are bone dry, with creamy bubbles, and can evolve for 5 years or more.
The main grape varieties are Grechetto Gentile ( Pignoletto ) and Trebbiano for whites, Sangiovese for rosè, while Lambrusco Grasparossa is the leading grape for lambruscos .
Our production range encompasses still wines as well, mainly from the native grape Malbo Gentile.
All our wines are not filtered, the free level of SO2 is always under 30 mg/l, the whole production is ORGANIC certified, as well as VEGAN certified, from the 2016 harvest.
