VINIFICATION PROCESS
Total destemming. Alcoholic fermentation occurred to a constant temperature of 28ºC.
TASTING NOTES
Ruby colour. Very characteristic wine, pointing out notes of dry vegetal and tar. At taste, bares a great freshness and a good structure. An agreeable after taste in an opulent Douro’s style.

Bairrada Cabernet-Sauvignon

VINIFICATION PROCESS
Prolonged classical maceration. Malolactic fermentation and 12 months in French and American oak.
TASTING NOTES
Ripe cherry color. Aromas of red fruits like blackberries and cassis, but also black fruits such as plum and blackcurrant. They are still present aromas of powdered peppers and a slight hint of cedar and phenolic roasting. The palate is intense and velvety, with powerful tannins but integrated, strong with a flavor of red fruits and spices, with noticeable vanilla, resulting in a very stylish and complex wine. Very long finish.

VINIFICATION PROCESS
Soft pressing of grapes and partial fermentation in oak. "Batonnage" on lees for 4 months.
TASTING NOTES
Crystalline and citrine color. The aroma proves to be delicate and fine, where it enhances the mineral character, reminding stone and slight citrus fruit. In the mouth the first impression is of greasiness, evolving into a feeling of softness and freshness, prolonging a very pleasant finish.

Bairrada Millésimé Grand Cuvée Brut

VINIFICATION PROCESS
Classic vinification of the base wine with temperature control during fermentation. Second fermentation in the bottle, and stage "sur lies" or lees according to the traditional method.
TASTING NOTES
Pale appearance in color, revealing chromatic gray sensations, arising from the red grape Baga variety, which together with Bical and Chardonnay complete the lot. The aroma is quite appealing, standing out fruit notes of lemon citrus type, surrounded by nuances of toasted bread. In the mouth it is very soft and silky foam. Long and fresh finish.
