Elaboraton: Fermentaton takes place in truncated conical
steel 3.000 liters tank for a minimum of 10 days.
Once the alcoholic fermentaton is fnished, sof pressing
is performed in a vertcal manual press and It is passed to
french oak 225 liter barrels, where the malolatc fermentaton
It stays on its own lees, making regular batonages to keep
them in suspension. Time in wood is determined by tastng,
and once completed, it is passed back to the steel tank for
decantaton and maturaton untl it is determined the tme of
VISUAL PHASE: Cherry red color with garnet refectons.
SMELLING PHASE: medium-high intensity, with
black and red fruits well integrated into the toasty
notes from the wood. Hints of licorice and cut
TASTING PHASE: the palate is tasty, creamy and
dense, with some oiliness, great body. Complex,
with long fnish. Well-oaked wine with fruity sensaton. Hints of roasted white fruit, cinnamon and
with a short spicy fnish.
