DEGUSTATION CHARACTERISTICS
Sight: Clean and pale yellow in colour.

Nose: An intense aroma of ripe fruit (pineapple and apple) with floral notes (orange blossom).

Palate: Well-balanced between freshness and intensity, very pleasant acidity and lingering finish.

Finish: Smooth and refreshing.

Serving suggestions: Suitable with apperitives, seafood, crustaceous, fish and white meats.

Serving temperature: Serve between 6º and 8ºC.

DEGUSTATION CHARACTERISTICS
Sight: Clean, clear and pale straw-yellow in colour with hints of green.

Nose: Highly intense on the nose. Clean and fresh with aromas typical of the variety such as white seeded fruit (apples, pears), white stone fruit (apricots) before agitation with base notes of tropical and citrus fruit (fresh pineapple). Agitation intensifies the aromas and gives rise to very pleasant floral base notes.

Palate: Fresh, long palate with a well-structured body. Well-balanced acidity and marked fruitiness.

Finish: Intense, fruity finish with a pleasant, lingering aftertaste.

Serving suggestions: An excellent accompaniment to white, grilled or smoked fish, seafood, white meat, cheeses and pasta.

Serving temperature: Serve between 8º and 10°C.

DEGUSTATION CHARACTERISTICS
Sight: Clean, clear and medium to full-bodied. Intense cherry red in colour with hints of violet..

Nose: Clean and highly intense on the nose, with primary aromas of ripe fruit (cherries and black plums) together with floral tones (violets) typical of the Syrah variety both before and after agitation with toasted base notes offers liquorice.

Palate: A moderately tannic, well-structured and very greedy wine with a medium palate. Well-balanced acidity of freshness.

Finish: Intense, fruty, floral finish. Pleasant, moderately lingering afterstaste.

Serving Suggestions: An excellent accompaniment to cheeses, meats and stews.

Serving Temperature: Serve between 16°C and 18°C.

Reymos was born out of an idea to diversify the products obtained from the Roman Muscat grape. This traditional variety thrives in the region’s micro climate, soil and proximity to the sea which provide the perfect conditions for this grape to grow and produce a unique wine with a different taste and an excellent sugar-alcohol balance. It differs from other sparkling wines in its manufacturing process (using the Charmat method) which is more natural as it is based on must.
