ABOUT RATHFINNY WINE ESTATE
A family-owned Wine Estate, established in 2010 by Mark and Sarah Driver, dedicated to producing some of the worlds finest sparkling wines from a perfect site in Sussex, England. Located on a wonderful south-facing slope in Englands South Downs, the climate, chalk soil and aspect make it the perfect site.
Silty clay loam soil over chalk, providing free-draining soil.

Our low-intervention, traditional method Sussex Sparkling wines are a true expression of our terroir. Produced from hand-harvested grapes that are whole-bunch pressed and aged for a minimum of 3 years to develop rich, autolytic notes, with a low dosage that emphasises the purity of our fruit.
Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier with smaller plantings of Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc.
