Our know-how is at the heart of our style.
Our cuvees are round and fruity thanks to our low temperatures facilities (between 12° and 15° Celsius). There are numerous benefits of these cold temperatures throughout the production process, from the clusters of grapes to the stocking on slats:
the Meunier grape variety remains fruity and round,
the Champagnes are distinguished by their small bubbles,
the fresh and supple expression in the mouth.
Working in the cold is ideally completed by a double-fermentation in the latest generation vats.
All of our bottles then stored on slats for duration of between 3 and 7 years before they are disgorged, bringing the deep and varied aromas to each of our cuvees.
We disgorge each bottle every three months, which ensures fine mousse and light bubbles.
Over more than 50 years, these different phases of production have allowed people in France and in 30 countries to date, to enjoy our Champagnes!
