The vineyards of Beaujolais stretch across 55km of hillsides. A stones throw from Lyon, this regions past and future are closely bound to this gastronomic capital. If only one word had to be chosen to resume the Beaujolais it would surely be diversity. Diversity in its landscapes which follow on from one another like so many paintings in a gallery, with Gamay and Chardonnay as their common theme. And diversity in its wines which also offer an astonishing variety and subtlety, with sharing in their DNA. This land, sculpted by generations of men and women, is incarnated in the 12 Appellations.
