Red wine for very long aging (20 years). This Bandol AOC cuvée comes from very old vines on a unique terroir in Bandol.
They are assembled from 90% of MOURVEDRE, 5% Carignan and 5% Grenache, no stalking.
Winemaking: fermentation 21°C to 30°C for 20 days, automatic winding, aged in oak barrels of 40 hectoliters for 2 years.
