Grape type: Mourvèdre (50%), Grenache (35%), Cinsault (15%)
Land: Clay and limestone soil on terraced hillsides
Harvest Method: Done manually with crates, sorted on site, total de-stemming done on sorting tables
Harvest Date: From August 27th to September 16th
Fermentation: 20% in cold maceration on skins, 80% direct pressing with controlling and monitoring of temperatures throughout the production process. Fermentation and repening in stainless steel vats
Bottled: Straight from the cellar, with dates depending on the lunar calendar
Tasting: Its colour is clear, light and with salmon coloured hues, the expressive and complex nose reveals fresh fruit aromas and a touch of citrus fruit. A well balanced wine with a full, well-rounded taste of white flower and fruit, wonderful freshness, long-lasting in the mouth
When to drink: Ready to drink
Perfect with: Courgettes stuffed with soft goat cheese, a roasted Saint-Jacques risotto, a peach crumble
Serving temperature: 10 to 12°C

Grape type: Mourvèdre (70%), Grenache (17%), Cinsault (13%)
Land: Clay and limestone soil and terraced hillsides
Harvest Method: Done manually with crates, sorted on site, total de-stemming done on sorting tables
Harvest Date: September 16th
Fermentation: Long maceration, 30 days of fermentation at controlled and monitored temperatures, regular checks are performed. 100 % malolactic fermentation. 100% matured for 18 months in large oak barrels
Bottled: Direct from oak barrels, dates depending on the lunar calendar
Tasting: A very beautiful crimson colour. Very fine aromas dominated by red fruits, ample and fine effect in the mouth with long-lasting taste
When to Drink: Should wait for 5 to 15 years

Fermentation: Cold marceration on skins, a technique allowing to extract the maximum amount of fruitiness and oils which are a specific quality of Gueissard Vineyards. Fermentation in vats and barrels with ripening of 50% of the volume in barrels
Bottled: directly, dates depending on a lunar calendar
Tasting: Beautiful, shiny colours of white gold. The expressive nose reveals delicate white flower aromas, and a fruity apricot touch. An immediately delicious impact in the mouth, with rich and persistent flavours

Tasting: The colour is a shiny and clear crimson red, with full-bodies fruit aromas, raspberry and blueberry notes. The nose and mouth are both apprecited by its elegant, rich, fresh and long-lasting taste
