MAS DES COMBES RED 2017 Cuvée Coteaux d'Oustry

Vine varieties :  Syrah , Fer Servadou , Merlot
Gold medal to the International Challenge competition 2020 Gilbert & Gaillard
Tasting : Fairly deep garnet red colour. The nose is typical of the variety, with fresh humus and undergrowth. Hints of blackberry. The mouthfeel is rather juicy, the tannins silky. The black cherry and clove flavours open up deliciously, with a lovely peppery finish. Served with a duck shepherd’s pie, rib of beef, or Comté cheese .

Serve at 16/17 °.

MAS DES COMBES RED 2018 tradition

Vine varieties : 25 % Merlot   30 % Fer Servadou   25%  Syrah,  20% Duras
Gold medal to the International Challenge competition 2020 Gilbert & Gaillard (note : 86/100)
Tasting : Fine purplish red, pleasing nose, spicy bouquet, with hints of ripe red fruits, warm. The palate is supple, verging on round, smooth, sweetish and spiced with a hint of pepper and ripe red fruits. Drink at room temperature (18°), decanted into a carafe.
Enjoy this wine with friends at any occasion.  It  pairs perfectly  with cold sliced meat or grilled poultry and meats.

Serve : Enjoy at room temperature (16-17 °C) .

MAS DES COMBES Rosé 2019 - HVE

Vine varieties :      30 % Merlot   30 % Fer Servadou   30%  Syrah,  10% Duras

Tasting : Fresh and delicate, generous nose, fruity, brightly coloured, salmon pink. Strawberry and morello cherry notes. Rounded palate, light, fruity, leaving a lasting impression of acid drops. A well-rounded and balanced wine. 
It will be an excellent aperitif, and will match with delicatessen and summer's salads or grilled meats.

Serve : 8 - 10°C

Vine varieties :      50 % Sauvignon,  50% Muscadelle

Tasting : Brilliant pale yellow colour, a delicate floral bouquet with notes of white flowers, grapefruit and exotic fruits. Lively and aromatic on the palate with a good balance of freshness, floral and white-fleshed fruit aromas redolent of peaches. For drinking with fish or shellfish, lightly spiced Asian food. 

 Serve at 8 - 10°.

Vine varieties :       100% Mauzac
Gold medal to the International Challenge competition 2020 Gilbert & Gaillard (note : 90/100)
Tasting : Bright yellow straw-colour. A pleasing hint of apple, pear and white-fleshed fruits carried by the plentiful bubbles present. This fresh and delicate wine should be drunk young (between 4 and 6 months) as an aperitif or with dessert (e.g.: tarte Tatin, apple pie,  chocolate log, etc.).

Serve cold  (6 - 8°)
