PINOT GRIGIO D.O.C. DELLE VENEZIE 2019

  • The proud Venetian. Crisp, fruity and uninhibited. A fierce and tenacious partner who sets the world to rights
  • 100% Pinot Grigio
  • 12.50% vol.
  • Pale straw yellow with bright reflections. On the nose, prominent citrus notes followed by hints of verbena and lemongrass. On the palate, well balanced with captivating, enveloping flavours that dance with acidity, and a savory finish with continuous citrous hints.
  • After the harvest, the freshly picked grapes are taken to the cellar. Destemming and soft pressing follow. Selected yeasts are added to the free-run must and it is sent to fermentation, which takes place at a controlled temperature between 16° and 18°, for about 10 days. The wine obtained rests in steel, where it is aged for 5/6 months, before bottling.

  • 8 g/L residual sugar
  • Straw yellow, clear and bright with good perlage. On the nose, fragrant and clean. Notes of apple and white peach, followed by citrus fruits. Continuing floral sensations of acacia and hawthorn. On the palate the bubbles are fine supported by good acidity. Dry, with a clean and citrusy finish.
  • After the harvest, the freshly picked grapes are taken to the cellar and de-stemmed. Soft pressing follows, then selected yeasts are added to the free-run must and it is sent to fermentation, which takes place at a controlled temperature between 16° and 18°. The following secondary fermentation takes place with the Charmat method for about 60 days.

PROSECCO D.O.C. TREVISO BRUT MILLESIMATO 2019

The sip is well balanced, enveloping, full of freshness and gustatory persistence and a long, savoury finish.
  • After the harvest, the freshly picked grapes are taken to the cellar and de-stemmed. Soft pressing follows to obtain the first pressing, then the selected yeasts are added and sent to fermentation which takes place at a controlled temperature between 16° and 18°. The following second fermentation takes place with the Charmat / Martinotti method in about 60 days.

MANZONI MOSCATO VINO SPUMANTE DOLCE

  • 75 g/l residual sugar
  • Elegant pale pink in colour, the nose is fragrant with notes of cherry, raspberry and tobacco peach followed by citrus and floral citrus-fruit flavours. On the palate is pleasantly sweet, well balanced by the decisive verve of freshness typical of Raboso Piave, with a long finish characterised by with flavours of small red fruits.
  • After a 12-hour cryomaceration in contact with the skins, a soft pressing is carried out. The secondary fermentation takes place in an autoclave directly from the must (at a controlled temperature), this allows to preserve the primary aromas of the grape.

MALBECH I.G.T. VENETO 2018

  • After the harvest, the freshly picked grapes are taken to the cellar and de-stemmed. A pre-fermentation cold maceration follows for about 24 hours in order to extract the typical aromas of the vine. Selected yeasts are added to the free-run must and it is sent to fermentation which takes place at a controlled temperature between 24° and 26°, for about 15 days, 10 of which in contact with the skins. The wine obtained rests in vitrified cement tanks, where it is aged for 5/6 months, before bottling.

  • Bright ruby red, it opens with aromas reminiscent of fresh fruit such as cherry and pomegranate, followed by peppery notes and some herbaceous touches. On the palate it is decisive with vivid freshness and tannins that are present but not invasive. The finish is satisfyingly rounded by red fruit notes.

  • After the harvest, the freshly picked grapes are taken to the cellar and de-stemmed. Subsequently a brief maceration is carried out in contact with the skins. The wine is then racked and the must is fermented at a controlled temperature between 16° and 18°. The secondary fermentation takes place with the Charmat method for about 45 days.
