Traditional winemaking that entails ageing the two varieties separately in American oak barrels for twelve months. After ageing, the wine is left for 12 months in steel tanks, where it is further refined, and then it is ready for bottling.
A cherry red wine of great depth. Good glyceric density, with gentle legs sliding down the sides of the glass, giving an indication of its great volume. Elegant aromas of liquorice, with ripe fruit, and spicy, pepper aromas, underscored by minty notes and a light mineral touch. Fine, elegant, silky tannins in the mouth, with good acidity to balance the palate. The sensations of fruit and spices remain for a long time. A Classic Rioja that beautifully reflects the benefits of one of the best vintages of the 21st century.

Deep cherry colour with a violet rim denoting its youth. Good aromatic intensity of very ripe red-berry fruit, hints of fine patisserie well integrated with the nuances from the cask. Structured with soft, sweet tannins. A general hint of toasted wood, but discreet and friendly, accompanies all these aromatic and taste sensations. Intense in the mouth and long in the finish.
