On the nose, the Champagne offers magnificent, vivacious character. Citrus fruit aromas are followed by a cavalcade of floral bouquets, elderberry and vine blossom
It exhibits a charming biscuity flavor with notes of white flesh fruits and a full and harmonious minerality which results in a sensational balanced finish.
Alsace AOC - Lively, youthful lemon yellow colour with pale lime green hints.
Engagingly fresh, crisp open bouquet of flowers and fruit, slightly mineral and distinctly Riesling.
Notes of white peach, green apple, lemon balm, lime blossom, wild hop flower and fresh moss.
On the palate this is a fine, classic Riesling, fresh and lively, crisp and refreshing, with nice acidity.
Riesling is well-suited as an aperitif, or with all seafood, shellfish and fish : raw, marinated, in sauce, grilled or terrine. Also with lobster, crab or sushi.
Serve at 8°C
Enjoy it in its youth, although it will keep 3 to 5 years.

The Henri Ehrhart winery is a family owned company established in Ammerschwihr, a small village located 8 km west of Colmar, the capital of Alsace Wines.
From small beginnings with a ten acre (4 hectare) family owned vineyard in the early seventies, Henri Ehrhart is now the fifth biggest producer of Alsace wines with 7 million bottles produced every year.
The company has its own vinification and bottling facility. This equipment allows the company to have continuous control over the wines. With constant monitoring and adaptation to new technological developments, we bottle the wines in the best conditions.
Since its creation, Henri Ehrhart has been flexible by adapting its range and brands to the tastes of consumers according to national and international markets. Its adaptability and flexibility allow the company to offer wines in tune with tastes, aesthetics and prices for each country.
In 2006, the company started to implement and improve food safety and quality management systems. This clearly shows Henri Ehrharts ambitions, not only in terms of quality and food safety, but also optimal customer satisfaction. Our company is certified by IFS Food version 6 at higher level.
Quality ensured, bottling and logistics controlled, costs controlled: it is the know-how of Henri Ehrhart to offer quality wines at reasonable prices throughout the world.
