Domaine de Chevilly - Quincy

The Lestourgie family planted his first vines in 1994, creating Domaine de Chevilly. Vineyard is grown with reasoned methods, and is presently settled on 11 hectares, planted with 100% Sauvignon Blanc, as per Quincy Appellation's demand.
On more or less deep sandy soils, Sauvignon Blanc finds here a perfect situation to grow ; as the soils warm up easily with sun, grapes ripen early. Vines are grown with mind : low intervention, grass cultivation between rows, soil labour.
The estate produces two  cuvées : Quincy « Tradition », and Quincy « Louise », born from plot selection and long maturing.

Domaine Cordaillat - Reuilly

Within Domaine Cordaillat, Pascal Dethune elaborates “terroir” wines. On clay and limestones soils, and based on a sustainable approach in the vineyards, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir express all the diversity of Reuilly,
Plots are located on several soil types, providing specificity to the different wines : fruity notes and freshness for cuvées "Tradition", minerality and complexity for cuvées "Les Sables" which come from sandy plots .
The « Dagobert » range is made of oak aged wines, with a long maturing potential. It is a perfect complement to the traditional Reuilly wines.

#ONO – Vin de France

#ONO is the new tradename launched by Honorine Pain, daughter of Philippe Pain, winemaker in Chinon Appellation.
Honorine loves swinging between tradition and code’s breaking. This is why she decided to work on Chinon terroir, but with varietals that are rare at this place. The wines can’t then get any appellation, and are distributed as Vin de France.
With #ONO wines, 3 white wines and 1 red wine, you’ll feel Honorine’s inventiveness, happiness and epicurean way of life !
