Manzanos Blanco Fermentado en Barrica

Manual night harvest in 17kg boxes. The vineyard is only 800m away and the
freshness is naturally maintained and there is no start to the fermentation process until
the grapes reach the tanks.
The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.

Manzanos Crianza

Hand harvested in 12 kg boxes, to guarantee the bunches reach the winery in perfect
condition.
To pick only the best grapes, we hand select them on the sorting table.
After fermentation, the wine undergoes a malolactic fermentation both in barrels and in cement tanks.
The wine is not filtered or stabilized to maintain all its characteristics.
Aged in French and American oak for 18 months and fined in bottle for a minimum of 6 months.

Manzanos Reserva

The Grenache is elaborated in 300 litre barrels with various punching downs daily. The other varieties are made is 13000 litre inox tanks and large French barrels of 24,000 litres with pumping over done by hose. Maceration time is strictly controlled depending on vintage and variety.
Malolactic fermentation in barrels with 24 months ageing. A blend of different varieties after ageing with attention to the typicity of the wine depending on the percentage of varieties blended.

A good selection from exclusive vineyards noted for freshness and concentration after an early morning hand harvest.
Fermentation (max 25ºC) in small inox tanks with pumping over five times a day and a 14 day maceration.
Ageing in French and American oak barrels for 4-6 years in search of a full integration of the wine and the oak.
Fined in concrete tanks for various months.

Manzanos 125 Aniversario Reserva Especial

When a winemaker loves the vines, and enjoys looking for small plots with great grapes, they can make unequalled wines. “BR MW” Fermentation in 300 litres open barrels with daily punching down.
15 days maceration with malolactic fermentation in new and two year old French barrels and then aged for 36 months.
Racked every ten months and then fined in concrete tanks and bottle. Bottled after a light filtration, but not stabilised so there may be some harmless sediment in the bottle.

1890 Manzanos Graciano

Fermentation is done with smooth pumping and punching down during the process.
Also, there is a part of the grape that is fermented in french oak open barrels of 500 litres with smooth punching and then the wine is pressed before introducing it in french 225 litres oak barrels to age for as long as each vintage has been.
2012 vintage:
This Graciano has been in oak for four years.
2014 vintage:
This vintage has been aged in oak for two years and a half.
2016 vintage:
This vintage has been three months in concrete vats and has been in bottle for eight months.

1890 Manzanos Rosé

Our grenache has been oak fermented for three months to achieve the structure and volumen that we were looking for without a wood taste. We wanted to get a round volumen but we did not want the influence of wood in the aroma, so we could preserve the aromatic splendour of the grenache and did not get the oak nuances in the palate.
We have pressed the grape and macerate with the pulp for two days, then we have cleared the must and fermented in vat and we have divided the wine in two parts.
The first one has been in second and third month french oak.
And the second has been in concrete vats.

Voché 5ª Generación

“If you get to know the vineyards, you understand the wine”
The elaboration is very respectful in all new French oak.
The alcoholic fermentation occurs in open 300 litre barrels with daily batonnage. 15 days of maceration in total. The malolactic fermentation is done in new French oak barrels and second year.
The wine remains 36 months aging in French oak barrels after which the wine is refined in concrete tank and then in bottle. The wine is bottled after light filtration, so it could appear some precipitate.
