The elaboration is very respectful in all new French oak.
The alcoholic fermentation occurs in open 300 litre barrels with daily batonnage. 15 days of maceration in total. The malolactic fermentation is done in new French oak barrels and second year.
The wine remains 36 months aging in French oak barrels after which the wine is refined in concrete tank and then in bottle. The wine is bottled after light filtration, so it could appear some precipitate.

Tempranillo, Graciano and Garnacha.
2014: Tempranillo, 36 months.
2015: Graciano, 30 months.
2017: Garnacha 6 months.
Minimum 3 months in bottle.
