Abruzzo - The picked grapes are traditionally vinified by a long maceration of the skins at controlled temperature.The wine decants into stainless steel tanks
completing the malolactic process.Finally it ages in wood barrels to enhance its organoleptic characteristics. The colour is intense ruby red with light violet nuances. The bouquet is intense with mulberry and sour cherry hints; complex scents with balsamic and fruity aromas combined with spicy notes. The tast is: elegant with rich tannic texture; retrofactory sensations of red fruits,with spice and licorice scents.
Abruzzo - the must is obtained by a gentle pressing of the grapes and after a short contact with the skins at a low temperatures (cold-maceration) it becomes clear. The clear must ferments in dedicated stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to enhance the aromatic qualities of this grape varietal. The colour is straw-yellow with greenish tinges; the bouquet is floral and balsamic with hints of acacia and sage overtones. Scents of tropical fruits and pineapple. It has a full-body and a longlingering taste with a good structure and pleasant mineral overtones.
