Kalifornikacija - Californication
California is the driving force behind our American Pale Ale, and like the West Coast of the U.S.A, everything is larger than life in this beer. Inspired by pretty much everywhere in The Golden State, Californication’s tropical nose is a molotov cocktail of grapefruit and apricot, which along with pine notes, gives this APA a complex, refreshing, medium body. Afternotes of lime zest, and a full-range of citrus fruits give this beer a long, bitter, mouth-coating finish.
Nuotykis pavasario naktį - Spring Night Adventure
Nuotykis Pavasario Naktį is a pioneering brew, because it’s the world’s very first Baltic Pale Ale – an entirely new beer type exclusive to our region. We created this BPA with summer in mind, and it shows. Brewed with easy drinking and high levels of refreshment in mind, NPN is characterised by its slightly bitter, herbal taste, which dances alongside subtle flavours from citrus fruits and aromas of honey.
Tattoo Lager
The second lager in our lineup is the first ever organic lager to be brewed in Lithuania. It also fits in perfectly with our credentials as a green business. Easy drinking and light in fizz, the Genys Brewing Co. Organic Lager will take the edge off it on any summer day. Its dry, citrus flavours and grassy bitterness ensure that it sits well alongside most dishes or alone as a refreshing treat.
Tamsus miškas - Dark Forest
Tamsus Miškas or ‘Dark Forest’ in English is exactly how it is described on its bottle. This chocolate porter’s taste is a dense, complex woodland of dark chocolate and rich coffee that’s finished with a full earthy, leathery aftertaste. Unlike many porters, its sweet and grassy body makes it a surprisingly light and easy-drinking beer.
Dvi laisvės - Two Liberties
As American as Bruce Springsteen eating a cheeseburger whilst driving a ‘68 Ford Mustang along Route 66, there is clearly nothing subtle about our Two Liberties IPA. Layers of hops scream ‘free-dom’ from the off, as deep aromas of zingy orange peel, grapefruit, and pine resin come together to give Two Liberties a full, well-balanced bitterness, which makes it perfectly comfortable alongside heavy, winter pub grub and fine dining alike. This beer finishes with a medium-long, slightly malted yet firm finish.
Dark Forest - Teeling Whiskey Barrel Aged
Our Dark Forest English-style porter has been aged in Teeling Whiskey barrels for more than three months. Bittersweet tastes of dark chocolate, coffee, and smoked plums, are met with the sweetness from the whiskey casks, giving this porter a unique nose of oak wood, slight vanilla notes, and a mouth-coating inky finish.
Catherine the Great - Teeling Whiskey Barrel Aged
Inspired by a 19th-century Baltic porter recipe and weighing in at a hefty 9.5%, Catherine the Great is the biggest beer in our range. Heavy notes of smokiness, malted barley, rye-bread, and whiskey, are countered by elegant tastes of dark fruit and coffee beans, making this complex and full-bodied beer a great supporting act to rich red meat dishes, with heavy, dark sauces. This porter’s dry and bitter finish is packed with tastes of dark chocolate and notes of grass. It is also brewed with peated barley, which contributes heavily to its deep, earthy taste.
Trys vienuoliai - Three Monks
Unsurprisingly, Trys Vienuoliai or ‘Three Monks’, is inspired by Belgium – the land of Trappist breweries, Tintin, and some of Europe’s least comfortable roads. Using a blend of home-made caramel, lemon zest, and bananas, our very first Belgian Tripel is characterised by its fruity notes, a hearty, syrupy body, and robust flavours of lightly-burnt sugar.
Sutemos - Twilight
Sutemos is one of the Baltic Porters in our range of beers, and like its limited edition cousin, Catherine the Great, it is also one of the heaviest. Here, sharp raspberry flavours scythe through the rich sweetness of high-quality dark chocolate to give this dessert-like beer a rich, dark fruity aroma, which balance perfectly alongside notes of strong coffee.
