Champagne Vollereaux Brut Reserve NV

Champagne AOC - The extremely bright, light yellow color has subtle glints of gold. Its tiny bubbles sustain a persistent ring of foam on the surface. The bouquet offers aromas of white-fleshed fruit and honey, followed by notes of ripeness and apricot. The supple, creamy mouthfeel is pleasantly dense. It allows the aromas to fully express themselves, yielding a harmonious champagne.Our Brut Reserve will appeal to palates as an aperitif, setting the stage for delicious, relaxing times with friends.

Champagne Vollereaux Cuvée Marguerite Vintage 2011

Champagne AOC - The expressive nose is complex and powerful, attesting to a successful evolution. It releases notes of candied fruits, damson plum and gingerbread, opening up to aromas of grilled hazelnuts and honey. It promises a rounded champagne of great character. It has a lively attack on the palate that lingers with pleasing acidity. It is full, generous and structured in the mouth. The wine brings expansive aromatic density with notes of candied orange. The finish is pure elegance. Made mainly from Chardonnay grapes, this vintage combines freshness and generosity. It is ready for drinking.

The pale yellow color with hints of green is buoyed by tiny bubbles that create a fine, persistent foam on the surface. Its appearance suggests an elegant, utterly fresh wine.
The nose is powerful with delicate aromas of lime blossom tea mingling with airy, mineral notes.
In the mouth, after an assertive, sweet-tart attack, the wine becomes rounded and supple.

Champagne Vollereaux Rosé de Saignée Brut

The effervescence is fine and persistent, creating a pleasing foam on the surface. The intense raspberry color has slight orange tones.
This rosé has a bouquet of small red fruits and crushed strawberry. When aerated, the nose reveals more indulgent notes evoking pastry and vanilla aromas.
The wine is full and viscous in the mouth with a rich, smooth structure. The aromas endure in the mouth with a long finish.

Champagne Vollereaux Cuvée Marguerite Rosé Vintage 2012

For this first wine, Marguerite Rosé, with its freshness and finesse, remains in the same vein as its big brother. A very pale rosé, it shows a lovely liveliness with notes of red fruit, typical of the blend of only rosés de saignée. It will be fabulous with a salmon and chives puff pastry.

Company details

Founded in 1805, Champagne Vollereaux now owns nearly 100 acres* covering 13 villages of Coteaux Sud d’Epernay in the Marne Valley of Champagne. This includes Pierry, a Premier Cru. Represented by Hélène and Franck Vollereaux, the 6th generation continues a two-century legacy of family ownership and management. Frank is winemaker, Hélène manages tourism, and
their uncle, Jean-Marie Vollereaux, is vineyard manager. Sensitive to the environmental issues of today and tomorrow, and the wellbeing of their consumers, the family is committed to thoughtful stewardship of its vineyards, and remaining a family-owned company. Champagne Vollereaux’s house style is best described as casual chic.
