Dark ruby garnet, violet reflexes, delicate brightening. Delicate plum notes, some black berry confit, hints of tobacco, floral touch, some nougat. Juicy, elegant, velvety tannins, some fine woodsy spice, blackberry nuances on the finish, some vanilla and roasted aromas in the finish, remains firmly attached, safe development potential.
The alcoholic fermentation on the skins, which were under controlled temperature conditions, takes place in a steel tank. The later maturation and storage were in classic barriques. Therefor we used new and used barrels, to keep the influence of the barrique lower. Through this method, we want to create a harmonious relationship between the complex aromatic of the variety and the barriques.
