Production : South of France in a mediterranean climate.  Extremely attention to select the very best parcels of Merlot. Traditional viification.

Tasting  Notes : With a dark red hue and purples hints, this wine has a strong and nice nose of red fruits and leather. The mouth is persistent, well-balanced and well-structured.

Wine and Food pairing: Serve at 18°C  with grilled red meat, a rack of lamb or a creamy cheese.

Production:  South of France in a mediterranean climate.  Extremely attention to select the very best parcels of Sauvignon. Night harvesting and vinification with control of the temperature to protect the grapes aromas and the freshness.

Tasting notes: With a bright yellow and green hints, this wine has a powerful nose and white flower aromas. The mouth is lively and well-balanced.

Wine and Food pairing: Serve at 6-8°C as an aperitif or with fish or seafood.

Production: In the deep heart of Provence, near to the Sainte-Victoire Mountain. Mediterranean climate is hot, sunny and dry. The Mistral is a violent wind with beneficial effects.

Tasting: With a beautiful salmon colour, this wine has expressive aromas of red fruits. The mouth is fruity and well-balanced.  

Wine and Food pairing: Serve at 8-10°C as an aperitif or with saladas, barbecue or with exotic meals.

Terroirs Vivants is the leading supplier in the French trade of organic wine.
For over 35 years, we have elaborated quality organic wines, from the vineyard to the bottle.

In  1983, Jacques Frelin embarked in the adventure of organic wine
and founded one of the first organic wine trade under the name Jacques Frelin Vignobles.
Few years later, the company was renamed Terroirs Vivants.

In 2018, TERROIRS VIVANTS recovers its original identity and the company chose to change its name to Jacques Frelin to go back its roots.
