“57” ASOLO PROSECCO SUPERIORE DOCG EXTRA DRY

This wine was created to celebrate the year our cellar was founded: 1957. Sparkling wine made by natural fermentation with the Charmat method, obtained from a selection of the best grapes from the hill area of DOCG Asolo. Pale, straw-yellow colour with impeccable clarity, highlighted by a fine, persistent perlage, it has an intensely fruity bouquet reminiscent of Golden Delicious apples and acacia flowers. The taste is sapid, pleasantly lightweight and low in alcohol. Ideal as an aperitif, but also perfect with all courses of the meal when served with fish and white meat dishes.
Serve at 6-8° C.

VINIFICATION: White wine method with soft pressing, Charmat fermentation method

RESIDUAL SUGAR: 16 g/l

Sparkling wine made by natural fermentation with the Charmat method. It embodies all the fragrance and mineral taste of the Asolo hills. Pale straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights and fine perlage, it has a fruity bouquet and
full-bodied, sapid taste, completed by a dense, creamy foam. The low residual sugar content makes it suitable for accompanying all the courses in the meal.
Serve at 6-8° C.
