Septem microbrewery is located in Orologio on the island of Evia. It was founded by the chemist-winemaker Sophocles Panagiotou and his brother, economist George Panagiotou. Their plans for the brewery started in 2007, with their first batch of fresh unpasteurised beer produced in June 2009.
