Flavour: Perfumes are discreet, reminiscent of minerals and citrus, with nuances of sage ending in light spicy sensations. Taste: Dry, sapid, harmonious with a slightly bitter aftertaste; exceptionally persistent with a finish that leaves pleasant notes of bitter grapefruit in the mouth. Bianco di Toscana Combinations with food: It goes well with raw and grilled fish; also with fish based dishes that require a wine of a medium-high consistency. In 1999, the restructuring of the Tuscan Farmhouse that dates to 1650 and the annexed Barn was executed with the maximum respect for local architectural tradition and enabled the creation of rooms and apartments that accommodate from 2 to 10 persons, for a total of 30 bed places. All of the rooms have private bathrooms and the apartments, even the smallest, have a kitchenette that allows guests in search of the complete tranquility of the Tuscan countryside to prepare meals for themselves with typical products purchased locally. The atmosphere is comfortable and in complete harmony with the surrounding landscape, meant for guests wanting a relaxing vacation, without giving up all that a city of art like Fiesole and Florence have to offer.
