Vintage Pastis Château des Creissauds
The Château des Creissauds vintage pastis is made from fresh cultivated plants and harvested on the Domaine des Creissauds, in Aubagne, Provence.
Placed into maceration immediately so they keep all their fresh and green aromas. All macerates are then assembled to be aged in "Foudre" for one year. Unlike the great wines, each harvest brings different nuances because of climatic variations.
The Château des Creissauds pastis is vintage and allows the natural variations of the region to freely express themselves.
