Pure malt amber ale, brewed with 100% barley malt. Bastola is a dry beer with an intense taste and a slight bitterness, furthermore it has an aftertaste of caramel and hazelnut due to the use of special malts. Its head is thick, creamy and adherent.

Sans Papier is exactly this as contains in itself the essence of the place where it is born, no matter where it is. This is possible thanks to an innovative machine capable of transforming the humidity in to the beer’s most important ingredient: water.

The Flea brewery, located in Umbria in Gualdo Tadino, is a business challenge by Matteo Minelli in 2013. The brand Birra Flea is inspired by Rocca Flea, an ancient medieval fortress located in the upper part of the city and the various beers take their names by the local historical protagonists. The project of producing high quality craft beer comes true very shortly and tradition meets modernity: the genuineness of raw materials combined with the highest standards of production innovation. The malts used arise from barley which is exclusively grown in the family farm, so Flea production has an important and transparent peculiar characteristic: the short food supply chain. For all types of beer, barley and wheat malt are used without any filtration and pasteurization process. The beers are refermented in the bottle in order to preserve their original organoleptic characteristics to the maximum, without adding any chemical additives. The other raw materials are purchased exclusively from selected suppliers. The brewery has been widely established in the Italian market and, in the meantime, in the foreign market, such as Japan, Netherlands, Germany, France, the United States of America and Australia.
