A crisp, fresh and fragrant Sauvignon Blanc with a wonderful, intensely flavoured palate.
The Berton Vineyard Range is selected from our vineyards set in High Eden, a region of rugged beauty between Eden Valley and the Barossa. The poor soils, rocky outcrops and cool climate provides ideal growing conditions for Sauvignon Blanc.
Aromas of freshly squeezed lime and cut grass fill the bouquet along with delicate notes of lemon grass and spearmint. The palate displays soft fruit flavours of gooseberry, honey dew melon and snow pea with quenching acidity providing a long persistent finish.

Food Pairing Notes Best enjoyed chilled with a prawn cocktail or smoked salmon.
Other Notes A dry, light bodied Sauvignon Blanc, drink now but will cellar for 2 years.
Rich and flavoursome with the perfect balance of rich fruit and velvety tannins.
This parcel of Durif has been chosen from selected vineyards overlooking Griffith in the Riverina, New South Wales, where it thrives in the warm, rich soils. One of the last parcels to be harvested in 2017, the rich ripe fruit concentrates the varietal flavours of violets and blackberries and enhances aromas of anise and cinnamon.
Tasting Notes Intense aromas of violets, blackberry and subtle chocolate herald this mouth staining Durif's inky dark fruit characters of blackberry, anise and smoky liquorice that fill the concentrated palate. The well integrated oak and tight tannins add complexity and depth that persists to a long flavoursome finish.
