Our BIBO RUNGE Spätlese and Auslese are a result of a precise harvest and intensive grape selection. At the end of our harvest we select the botrytized grapes, which get a very gentle pressing. The taste of our noble sweet wines is from exotic fruits to apricot, white peach and williams pear.
