Satin pale yellow with golden nuances and jade highlights. Fine bubbles herald a fresh and fairly rich Champagne. Flowery scents of honeyed, honeysuckle petals, fruit aromas of crushed pear, candied lemon and peach, and soft, creamy notes with biscuit and fresh bread crust unfurl on first pour. Fleshy, fruit-driven weight develops on the palate which is forthright, ethereal and generous.

The 2010 Alpha label reveals a satin hue driven by fine, lively bubbles. The Chardonnay reveals itself first through its delicate floral nose of acacia, honeysuckle and poppy entwined with notes of orchard fruits, biscuit and toast. The wine develops lush fruit-driven weight supported by a pomelo nuance. Minerality imparts fullness, elegance and length on the palate. The final saline and chalky sensation fuses with a never-ending finish.

On first pour, the nose conjures up honeysuckle and orange blossom delicately interwoven with limestone minerality. Then pastry aromas, hazelnut, milk caramel, honey, marshmallow and marzipan develop. The Signature label develops fleshy, succulent weight supported by lemony and pomelo-driven tension. The balanced and concentrated palate delivers a fresh, savoury finish with fleshy fruits leaving a consistent, indulgent impression.
