Autochthone grape of Sicily, which is grown in the south western part of Sicily. It is characterised by the aroma of tropical fruits. The grapes are picked by hand and aged in small stainless steel tanks. To be served at 10° C. It is an ideal accompaniment of light hors doeuvre and shellfish.
The grapes are grown in the best vineyards of the south-western part of Sicily. The winemaking is made in order to preserve the typical characteristics of the grapes: its soft tannins and its aroma, characterised by a note of plum. The ageing in wooden barrels emphasises this typical feature. It should be served at 1617°C and is an ideal accompaniment of risotto, meat, pasta and cheese.

The Italian wines are produced in the best wine regions and areas of Tuscany, Abruzzen, Sicily and Puglia. The wines are produced under the supervision of Giorgio Flessati and Mattia Filippi (winemakers), who follows all the stages, from the harvest, to the winemaking, the ageing and the bottling. This is a guarantee of a product with a good value for money.
