Dry red wine.

The grapes cagnulari are particularly rich in sugars, polyphenols and good acidity.
After being vinified with great wisdom, they age for 10 months in French oak barrels and they create this wine with notes very characteristic and distinctive. Dry red wine, warm, robust and with a good longevity. To serve at cellar temperature.

LIGEJA

Dry white wine fermented and aged in oak barrels

This wine is obtained from Vermentino grapes.
After a partial fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, it finishes the fermentation in new French
oak barrels of 500 liters. The wine ennobles its features and improve its quality aging in bottle for some year.

Company details

Binzamanna Wine Company was born in 2001, as the achievement of Sara and her husband Walter dream. They worked hard and trusted on this plan in order to make it real. Sara’s heart has always been filled with a good wine culture. It depends on her family heritage and on her love for Martis: a small urban center in the province of Sassari. Her deep desire was to regain the native grape variety and to extend the planted area. Cagnulari and Bovale are the local grapes variety that characterize Binzamanna’s production. In addition there are Cannonau and Vermentino: two Sardinian essential and important kinds of wine. In Binzamanna’s production there is also the international Cabernet Sauvignon, which enhances its characteristic taste with the sardinian terroir. In 2012 the wine company decides to enlarge the activity making with a new, modern and ambitious project. It consists on several points: adjustment of structures for processing and vinification; creation of a technical and commercial system; ambition to internationalize their marketing; being a reference point for many small local productions of great quality but with lack of skills. In this great project are involved workers with good skills and high levels of qualification. To realize the international project has been created “Vitivinicola Binzamanna srl”, a new society that deals with distribution and commercial expansion in domestic and foreign markets.
