Guia Peñín stand at ProWein gathers a range of top Spanish wines, cavas and vermouths, a high quality selection rated 90 points or higher by the guide. Each reference will be exhibited over a vynil tablecoth containing the name and description of the wine together with producer's contact details. Visitors may freely taste all wines. However, members of Guia Penin team will be available to offer further information on exhibited references and will gladly assist professionals in the search of any specific type of wine or grape variety.

Guía Peñín returns to ProWein with a selection of Top Spanish Wines

In only  a few days, the doors of Prowein Düsseldorf will be opened to all wine industry’s professionals. This year Guía Peñín to Spanish Wine will exhibit , in an open tasting space, unique in the whole trade fair with similar characteristics, 78 different Spanish wines.

At Guia Penin stand (Hall 10 stand H54) visitors will freely taste references  from 29 different producing regions (denominaciones de origen): Alella, Alicante, Bierzo, Cava, Getariako Txakolina, Jerez-Xérès-Sherry,Jumilla, La Mancha, Málaga, Manchuela, Manzanilla-Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Navarra, Pago Calzadilla, Penedès, Priorat, Rías Baixas, Ribeira Sacra, Ribera del Duero, Rioja, Rueda, Somontano, Terra Alta, Toro, Valdeorras, Valencia, Vinos de Madrid, Vinos de la Tierra de Castilla y León, Vinos de la Tierra de Mallorca y Vinos de Madrid.

Varietals: Albariño (albarino), Blanca del país, Bobal, Callet, cariñena (carinena), Godello, Graciano, Hondarrabi Beltza, Hondarrabi Zuri,  Garnacha blanca and tinta (white and red grenache), Macabeo, Mantonegro, Mazuelo, Mencía,  Merlot, Monastrell, Moscatel, Mouratón, palomino, Palomino Fino, Pansa blanca, Parellada, Pedro Ximénez, Petit Verdot, Samsó, Syrah, Tempranillo, Tempranillo pir franco (pre phylloxera vines), Tinta de Toro, Tinta del país, Verdejo, Viura, Xarel.lo.

Guía Peñín Wine Gallery stand will exhibit references from the following winemakers: Ramiro Wine Cellar, Artiga Fustel, Mar de Envero, Bodegas Francisco Gómez, Solterra, Agrícola Castellana-Bodega Cuatro Rayas, Vinos de Arganza, Ronsel do Sil, Pago Calzadilla, Bodegas Lozano, Pagos de la Luz, Bodegas Castillo de Monjardin, Bodegas Obergo, Viñedos y Bodegas Alconde, Bodegas Campos Reales, Altolandón, Celler Batea, Bodegas D.Mateos, Bodegas y Viñedos Neo, Bodegas Ribera del Júa, Pere Ventura, Ava Vi, Bodegas Medrano Irazu.

The stand at ProWein Düsseldorf 2019 will exhibit seven organic wines and 18 different denominaciones de origen (production regions): Alicante, Rueda, Navarra, Ribera de Duero, Vinos de la Tierra de Castilla y Leon,  La Mancha, Pago Calzadilla, Rias Baixas, Ribeira Sacra, Jumilla, Somontano, Manchuela, Rioja, Terra Alta, VT Mallorca, Cava. Visitors will find typical Spanish grape varieties such as tempranillo, tinto fino, monastrell, mencía, albariño, verdejo together with classic more extended ones like merlot, syrah, garnacha, cabernet sauvignon or chardonnay.

(Red, White, Reserva, Gran Reserva, Crianza, Cavas, Fortified wines & Vermouths).

Cada referencia se presentará sobre un mantel  de vinilo a modo de ficha técnica que incluye todos los datos relevantes: nombre y descripción del vino, contacto y dirección de la bodega o productor así como su número de stand en ProWein, si lo tiene. Se trata de un stand con formato Wine Gallery, donde los profesionales podrán catar libremente los vinos. Miembros del equipo de Guía Peñín estarán en todo momento presentes para atender a los visitantes.
